VAT of 25 percent is included in the price. You will receive detailed price information and expected delivery time via e-mail in connection with the order. If you don't hear anything, contact us by email!
Payment in our online store is made via Klarna, alternatively with Visa or Mastercard. You will receive more information when your payment is made.
A delivery cost of SEK 69 within Sweden (of which SEK 14 is VAT) and SEK 95 within the EU (of which SEK 19 is VAT) is added to each order. Free shipping on orders over SEK 500.
After registered payment we pack within 1-3 working days. After that delivery by shipping company is made within 2-4 working days, however, they may have longer delivery time outside Sweden and in case of high pressure. Magic & Prints do not take responsibility and give compensation to customers if delay is caused by shipping company.
General:
You can read about the Distance Shopping Act here: www.konsumentverket.se In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and mobile number are correct. If you do not collect your package, you will be charged the equal amount for what is costs for the delivery point and the shipping company to send the package back to us. We do not redeem shipments returned for cash on delivery.
Returns:
If the content do not correspond to your order or if you have canceled your purchase, always contact us first by email at order@magicandprints.com The right to exchange/return is valid 14 days from the time you collect the item. Please note that the product must be at our disposal within 14 days. Therefore, be in good time. Always notify us by email before sending the item. Exchange/return rights do not apply to special orders, for example letter- or name posters. In case of exchange/return, you pay for the shipping. For high value items, we recommend trackable shipping. Once we have received and approved the return, we will either send a replacement item or refund the amount of the item, excluding the cost of shipping. If the fault of the item is due to us, we will bear the shipping cost.
Never return a product without first getting in contact with us. Preferably reuse the packaging that the item was delivered in. The item must be in undamaged condition when we receive it. In case of damage
Magic & Prints uses durable and customized shipping packaging. If your package is nevertheless damaged during delivery, you must be able to show a picture of the damage in order for us to send a replacement product. Please contact us at order@magicandprints.com as soon as possible, when you have collected the goods.
Events beyond our control that could not have been foreseen must be attributed to force majeure. This means that Magic & Prints is released from its obligations to fulfill agreements entered into in the event of, for example, a pandemic, war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery of subcontractors and costly circumstances.

The EU has adopted a new reform called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It entered into force on 25 May 2018 and is intended to protect personal data. As a company, we have the right to collect the contact information needed for us to be able to:
- manage contact with you via the contact details you have provided yourself.
- maintain contact with you via the contact information that you have provided.
- to complete the collaboration with you when posting or participating in competitions on Instagram and Facebook. When publishing photos, we always indicate the source.
- administer and deliver your order.
- accept Swish payment. Your mobile number will then be saved.
We have received your personal data directly from you or from publicly available sources. We do not sell, or otherwise give out, personal data to third parties.
